Infocare Healthcare is an innovative global EHR company looking to expand its team in the United States. We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive in the Tennessee region targeting ambulatory physician practices. The Sales Executive will help develop and execute sales and market strategies that position Soteria® for rapid market entry in the greater Midsouth area, continually identify and assess new opportunities, drive sales efforts, and sign new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales plan which includes researching and developing lists of potential clients, identifying strategic client targets, and planning for local conference attendance and local marketing campaigns
  • Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls to potential clients.
  • Conduct on-site or online product demonstrations to potential clients and generate proposals
  • Schedule and conduct walk-throughs for potential clients at reference sites.
  • Maintain a detailed log of sales activities. Keep management apprised of the sales funnel and progress toward quotas
  • Cultivate relationships with current clients through regular phone contact and office visits, to keep abreast of client needs and develop a strong base of reference sites
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of medical software industry trends, legislation and technical developments that affect target markets and modify sales approach, as necessary
  • Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales
  • Attend national industry conferences to generate new sales leads and build relationships with current clients
  • Attend corporate and sales meetings to increase awareness of client needs and build relationships
  • Attend sales training to ensure up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing, competition, sales strategies, and tactics

Qualifications

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred
  • High level of proficiency in delivering executive presentations
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience selling EHR/EMR Software and/or Clinical Workflow solutions preferred including experience conducting online and live software demonstrations and strong sales toolkit knowledge

Location

  • Must reside in the Memphis metropolitan area and possess a strong network in the Midsouth region.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Proven track record of success in building relationships with and selling solutions to the ambulatory and physician practice market
  • Must have experience working with medical practices of diverse sizes
  • Proficient at building and maintaining a consistent pipeline
  • Experience in working multi-layered sales opportunities with short sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of clinical office workflow
  • Must have excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Must possess high-level attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate sales activity, forecasting and other sales reporting using client relationship databases and other electronic tools
  • Knowledge of computer networking and hardware

Physical Demands

  • Lift and carry small equipment at times
  • Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking, or listening
  • Requires close vision of the small print on computer/tablet and or paperwork
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours) while conducting software demos and representing the company at industry conferences.
  • Ability to travel by car or plane to current and potential client sites and industry conferences. This role will require 25% to 50% travel

Pay: $34,274.19 - $180,229.67 per year
